z63 Terms & Conditions
Here you can read the full user agreement, payment policy, bonus terms, and player responsibilities you should know when using the z63 platform.
General Agreement
By accessing the z63 platform (https://z63.games), opening an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gambling policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the platform. z63 reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and changes take effect from the moment they are published on the website.
1.1 Age Restriction
The z63 platform is for players aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from opening an account or playing. If we discover that a player is underage, the account will be closed immediately and any remaining balance will be reviewed before any action is taken.
1.2 Platform Access
Although z63 is designed for Myanmar players, it is each player's own responsibility to check whether accessing this service is legally permitted in their place of residence. z63 accepts no liability for any losses arising from access made from restricted regions.
Account Registration & Verification
You must provide accurate personal information when opening an account. Accounts created with false or someone else's details may be closed and any remaining balance forfeited.
2.1 Single Account
Each player may hold only one account at z63 at any time. If multiple accounts from the same individual are suspected of abusing bonuses, all accounts may be closed without prior notice and balances may be voided.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your log-in details and password private and must not share them with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact [email protected] immediately.
2.3 KYC Verification
z63 may request copies of your ID, proof of address and payment documents whenever it considers this necessary. Withdrawals may be restricted for players who refuse to complete KYC verification.
Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Methods
You can deposit at z63 via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. The minimum deposit per transaction is 5,000 Ks; the maximum amount may vary depending on the payment method and the player's tier. Once a deposit is confirmed, funds will appear in your account almost instantly.
3.2 Withdrawal Process
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks per transaction. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Funds linked to loans, bonuses or suspicious activity may take longer to review.
- Withdrawals can only be processed via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay or CB Pay.
- z63 may require that the payment method used for deposits matches the one used for withdrawals.
- Withdrawals may be restricted for accounts that have not completed KYC verification or that are under suspicion.
- z63 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider.
3.3 Currency
All amounts on the platform are displayed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks / MMK). Players can only deposit and withdraw in Myanmar Kyat.
Bonus and Promotion Policy
Bonuses and promotions offered by z63 will be issued in accordance with the terms set out in this section.
4.1 First Deposit Bonus
Players making their first deposit at z63 receive a 120% first deposit bonus (up to 300,000 Ks). To withdraw the bonus, you must complete a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount.
Example —
- Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 44,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 24,000 Ks × 10 = 240,000 Ks.
- Deposit 520,000 Ks and receive a 300,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 820,000 Ks. Wagering requirement: 300,000 Ks × 10 = 3,000,000 Ks.
4.2 Bonus Claiming Policy
- Each bonus can only be claimed once — per account, IP address, device or payment method.
- Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
- Eligible games that count towards wagering are determined by z63, and only bets placed on those games will contribute to the wagering requirement.
- z63 may modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time, with or without prior notice to players.
4.3 Cashback
Cashback is awarded once a week based on VIP Tier — Bronze: up to 0.2%, Silver: up to 0.5%, Gold: up to 0.8%, Platinum: up to 1.0%. z63 will determine whether cashback is issued as bonus funds or cash, and will announce this at the time of award.
Gaming Policy
5.1 Fair Game Results
Games on z63 are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, ensuring all outcomes are entirely random. No individual betting pattern can influence or alter the outcome of any game.
5.2 Uncapped Betting
Players may bet up to the limits set by their own bank, however z63 reserves the right to set a maximum stake per single bet based on the game type and the player's tier.
5.3 Loss Due to System Failure
If a connection drops during a game due to network issues, server problems, or a player's device failure, z63 will attempt to resume the game session. However, z63 will not cover losses caused by technical faults.
5.4 Game Disputes
Disputes about results can be submitted to z63 customer service via 24/7 Live Chat. z63's decision will be considered final.
Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the z63 platform—
- Any bonus abuse strategy — including bonus hunting where a player claims a bonus and leaves,
- Combining accounts of different players to split bonuses,
- Using bots, auto-click software, or any software that pre-calculates gameplay,
- Money laundering activities — depositing or withdrawing funds that cannot be proven as legitimate income,
- Threatening or harassing z63 staff or anyone associated with the service,
- Hacking, spreading viruses, or attempting to modify platform code,
- Deliberately exploiting game bugs (Exploit).
If any of the above actions are found to have been committed, the account will be suspended without prior warning and any remaining balance will be forfeited. Legal and communications action will be taken if necessary.
Personal Data and Security
z63 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption. Information provided by players will only be used to deliver services, carry out financial verification, and meet legal requirements.

Service Termination
8.1 Closure by Player
If a player wishes to close their own account, they can contact us via 24/7 Live Chat or at [email protected]. Any remaining bonus balance that does not meet the terms may be forfeited before closure, and any real money balance will be verified and paid out.
8.2 Closure by z63
If a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or a violation of z63's commitments is found, services may be restricted or terminated without prior notice.
Limitation of Liability
Games on the z63 platform involve financial risk. z63 is not responsible for any financial losses, loss of income, or any other losses a player incurs as a result of game outcomes.
z63 is also not liable for losses caused by third-party software issues, network failures, or a player's own lack of understanding while playing. z63 will only attempt to remedy losses directly caused by z63's own fault.
Policy Changes
z63 may update these terms at any time and will announce changes on the website. Players who continue to play after an announcement is made will be considered to have accepted the updated policy.
For major changes, z63 will try to notify players in advance where possible. However, it is the player's own responsibility whether or not they have read z63's announcements.
